Spring Term

 

We begin the Spring Term studying The Hunter by Paul Geraghty. Throughout this unit, we will develop our grammar skills and produce a range of writing to demonstrate this. The unit will end with our own stories - watch this space for examples of our finished work!

Neil Gaiman is a highly prolific author of both adult and children's fiction. His work is characterised by dark fantasy tones, often linking to mythology and containing elements of the supernatural. This term we will be studying different novels, starting with The Wolves In The Walls and moving on to extracts from his version of Hansel and Gretel and Coraline.
