The recommended minimum time children need to be spent being active is at least 1 hour per day. Even through isolation we would like for you to try and achieve this. I will post on here a variety of different activities and idea that you can complete to hit this 1 hour time. Exercise and being outdoors is proven to be good for the body and mind, helping reduce stress, anxiety and also in children it helps burn out excess energy so that they sleep better and concentrate more during more structured times.

-Teach your child to ride a bike without stabilisers.
-Make scooter courses to weave in and out of.
-Make a mini sports days at home for the family- running, egg and spoon, skipping etc.
-Build dens outside.
-Throwing and catching
-Trampoline to music
-Bat and ball
