Cheshire Young Carers support young carers across Cheshire in three key areas, school holiday respite programmes, individual & group support where necessary plus working with schools/colleges to provide specialised support where required.

Both Antrobus St Mark's and Great Budworth Primary Schools have received a Bronze Award for their commitment to supporting young carers. Both schools have had assemblies explaining what Cheshire Young Carers is to the children and what a young carer's role might look like. Staff have also had a staff meeting. We are holding a coffee morning on March 12th and Emma from Young Carers will be attending Parent's Evening at both schools should we wish to get some more information.
