History

Autumn:

This term we will be learning about the period spanning from the Stone Age until the Iron Age. We learned about settlements and why they were selected, the developments over the time period and the impact that had upon people's lives.

Spring:

This term we will be learning about Romans, covering the cultural impact of the Roman invasion of Britain. We will discover how Roman settlements shaped our country and more.

Summer:

Following on from our Romans topic in the spring, we will be visiting the Grovesnor Museum in Chester to learn more about the Roman history of our area. This term we will be learning about crime and punishment in the United Kingdom, and how it has changed throughout the ages.
